General conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, stays, and services provided by Lola’s Pods Hotel, located at Haagsche Bluf, The Hague. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations and Payment

• Reservations can be made online through our website or upon arrival.
• Payment must be made in advance via iDEAL, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.
• Prices include VAT but exclude tourist tax unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (unless stated otherwise in your booking).
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
• Group bookings (8 pods or more) are subject to a different cancellation policy.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

5. Use of Pods and Facilities

• Guests are expected to leave their pod tidy upon departure.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Any form of disturbance (e.g., noise, smoking, misuse of facilities) may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Liability

• Lola’s is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
• Guests are advised to store valuables in the provided lockers.
• Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.

7. Privacy

• We handle personal data in accordance with European privacy legislation (GDPR).
• Your data is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
