De Lola Pods is not suitable for children. Therefore, children are not allowed to stay in a pod, regardless if they are accompanied by an adult.
I want to make a group reservation, is this possible?
We are happy to accommodate your party! For group rates and reservations for more than 8 pods, please email welcome@delolapods.nl and we will take care of the rest.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we offer luggage storage for a small fee so you can explore the city without dragging your bags around.
How does check-in work?
Super easy: self check-in at the kiosk whenever you arrive. No queues, but quick access to your pod!
Do you serve breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Sure thing! From 8 AM we serve a delicious fresh breakfast. Feeling snack-ish? Between 12 PM and 10 PM you can stop by the Pizza Bar for a crispy ánd afforadble pizza of choice.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 15:00, check-out is until 11:00. Arriving early or leaving late? You can store your luggage in our lockers and chill in the lounge anytime.

Where can I take a shower or go to the toilet?
Showers and toilets are located in our shared, modern bathrooms. Clean, spacious and accessible 24/7.
Will my pod be cleaned?
During your stay, your pod will be cleaned every five days. Are you staying for a shorter period of time? You can always request extra cleaning or new towels at the front desk.
What amenities does my pod have?
Every pod is equipped with a comfortable mattress, clean sheets, ventilation, charging points (USB and wireless charging), a reading light and a locker for personal belongings. Double pods have space for two and extra storage.
How many pods does the hotel have?
We have a total of 80 pods: 64 single and 8 double.

Where can I park my car?
Lola’s is located in a pedestrian zone, so there’s no parking right at the door. But several public parking garages are just a short walk away. We recommend Q-park City Parking, at 3 mins walking distance.
How do I get there by public transport?
From The Hague Central Station: • Tram 17 to Statenkwartier – get off at Gravenstraat (3 min walk) • Or walk 12 minutes through the city center
From The Hague HS Station: • Tram 1 to Scheveningen – stop at Centrum • Tram 17 to Statenkwartier – stop at Gravenstraat

Are the showers shared?
They are. They’re clean, modern, and available anytime. We clean them several times a day.
Is there WiFi?
Of course! Fast and free WiFi throughout the building. Perfect for a Zoom meeting, Netflix, or doomscrolling.
Can I store my luggage?
